With the new Miris 2 composite system developed Coltène/Whaledent provide detailed refinement to the previous Miris system.

The shade assortment has been modified and the vitality optimised. Miris 2 is still based on the natural layering concept, which works with dentin and enamel masses whose optical properties are comparable with those of the original tissue. The unique, composite-based Miris 2 shade matching system is therefore separated into dentin and enamel shade guides that can be freely interposed with one another to achieve an aesthetically optimal definition of shade.
